Having unconditional love for food has led me to work with eating disorders/disordered eating, helping to dismantle diet culture and fight against weight stigma. I believe a good relationship with food is more than fuel. It is a way to trust your body and your judgment. I have fully embraced an intuitive lifestyle and created an Intuitive Living Framework through this process. I have no other desire than to share that and many other empowering life skills with you.

 Helping others overcome outside pressures,  strengthen their relationship with food,  love their authentic self and become the dynamic person they were meant to be brings me the most joy in life !

​I enjoy helping others rebuild a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. I revel in seeing people take their life and power back from the struggles of food. I love challenging society and the media on the messages they send and believe that supporting my clients in real world exposures is the key to  successful recovery. I am a passionate champion for eating disorder awareness and treatment for everyone. Having lived and worked in many areas of the United States, I am currently living between New York City and Italy.
