
Brianne Brathwaite is a dietitian and brain health coach who helps people understand how everyday habits shape long-term cognitive health. She teaches across universities, healthcare settings, and community programs, translating neuroscience and nutrition research into practical strategies audiences can apply immediately. Her work focuses on prevention, helping people strengthen thinking, learning, and decision-making long before symptoms appear. She's also an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University, teaching students about nutrition, education and counseling. Brianne was a finalist in the Alvin Pitch Competition during her graduate training and became the first student from the Health Sciences department to place in the university’s business competition.
